Igor Sobota, the former procurator of STYRIA’s companies – the web advertiser NJUŠKALO and TRIKODER, which deals with digital design – is the new director instead of Goran Rubčić, and the procuration in NJUŠKALO has been granted to Michael Berger, who has held the same position previously in TRIKODER.
A bankruptcy procedure has been opened and closed for the company BIANCA NIMB from Zaprešić, owned by Ankica Vrbanc, which entered into a pre-bankruptcy settlement in 2017. Creditors waived 70 percent of claims (from 13 million kuna), but the largest creditor was the owner of the company, who claimed almost ten million kuna. Thus, the state also had to write off two million kuna. The company did not submit a financial report for that year. In the meantime, the company achieved 15 million kuna in revenue in 2019 and reported 13.8 million kuna in profit, while the Tax Administration recorded a new tax debt of 1.4 million kuna and blocked the company’s account. Since it was assessed that it was not worthwhile to conduct the entire bankruptcy because the company does not have enough assets, everything was concluded through a shortened procedure.
The procuration has been granted to MIAGRA co-owner Zvonimir Mihalj.
The co-owner of LAMBERET KAROSERIJA from Zagreb, Azur Karaselimović, has stepped down from the director position and taken over the procuration. Erni Karaselimović has joined as directors along with the other co-owner Hana Karaselimović and Robert Tisaj.

At the same time, the company has been strengthened by TUI’s financial director Thomas Lindner, who has become a member of the Management Board, while the former director Nikolina Misir has become the chairwoman of the Management Board.
