The ROBNI CENTAR from Križevci has been removed from the Court Register after a shortened bankruptcy procedure. The company proposed a pre-bankruptcy settlement back in 2014, which was approved in 2018. Creditors agreed to write off about ten million kuna from 43 million kuna in claims. The first installments for the repayment of the principal of 33 million kuna began to be collected from February 2020, and the account has been blocked since early June. It was blocked by former CEO Andrija Zidarić due to the non-payment of severance pay of 67 thousand kuna. He, along with board member Ivicom Zidarić, was dismissed in 2018 by owners Ljubica Zidarić and Mirko Zidarić, who returned to lead the company after 14 years. In the meantime, the company that dealt with tire sales sold off its real estate – which settled part of the creditors – and ceased operations. Thus, Andrija Zidarić did not collect his severance pay, but he was the trigger for the deletion of ROBNI CENTAR.

Igor Mihajlov is no longer the director of MARINE CLUB INTERNATIONAL, so the business is now independently run by owner Ivan Carević.
