The Council of HNB has given consent to Tatjana Antolić Jasnić, Gianluca Totaro, and Pavel Vinter for their appointment to the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA. Antolić Jasnić replaces Marco Lotteria and is responsible for Risk Management and Control. Totaro and Vinter were previously directors of Human Resource Management and Banking Business Support, respectively, and will continue to lead these sectors as members of the Management Board. All three are appointed until the expiration of the current term of the Management Board, which is until February 7, 2023.
After the Japanese NIPRO acquired PIRAMIDA from Sesvete through its Belgian subsidiary from the regional private equity fund BLUE SEA CAPITAL, Stephan Arnold has been appointed as the CEO, while the previous director Krešimir Sečak remains a member of the Management Board. The company has also changed its name in accordance with the ownership change and will now operate as NIPRO PHARMAPACKAGING.
Antonio Toni Mrvelj is the new director of HVALJEN BUDI, replacing Jozo Barać, who held the position for only three and a half months. In February, the owner Marija Mrvelj withdrew from the directorship of the company, which under the Energomobil brand is engaged in the production of solar bus stations, solar trees, solar street lighting, solar benches, and solar canopies, as well as the distribution and installation of solar panels.

The Court Register has confirmed that Ivan Leko took office as the CEO of CROMARIS on March 31, replacing the previous director Goran Markulin, and that two new members have joined the Management Board – Dane Desnica and Giuseppe Virzi.
Marko Periša is the new member and president of the Supervisory Board of PRUŽNIH GRAĐEVINA, replacing Igor Pukec.
