Companies and Careers: HNB Confirms New Members of the Management Board of Zagrebačka Banka, Rapid Change at the Helm of Hvaljen Budi, Japanese Change Name of Pyramid…

The Council of HNB has given consent to Tatjana Antolić Jasnić, Gianluca Totaro, and Pavel Vinter for their appointment to the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA. Antolić Jasnić replaces Marco Lotteria and is responsible for Risk Management and Control. Totaro and Vinter were previously directors of Human Resource Management and Banking Business Support, respectively, and will continue to lead these sectors as members of the Management Board. All three are appointed until the expiration of the current term of the Management Board, which is until February 7, 2023.

After the Japanese NIPRO acquired PIRAMIDA from Sesvete through its Belgian subsidiary from the regional private equity fund BLUE SEA CAPITAL, Stephan Arnold has been appointed as the CEO, while the previous director Krešimir Sečak remains a member of the Management Board. The company has also changed its name in accordance with the ownership change and will now operate as NIPRO PHARMAPACKAGING.

Antonio Toni Mrvelj is the new director of HVALJEN BUDI, replacing Jozo Barać, who held the position for only three and a half months. In February, the owner Marija Mrvelj withdrew from the directorship of the company, which under the Energomobil brand is engaged in the production of solar bus stations, solar trees, solar street lighting, solar benches, and solar canopies, as well as the distribution and installation of solar panels.

ORBICO’s subsidiary ORBICO BEAUTY has been merged into the parent company.

MLINAR has merged with SEE BAKERY INTERNATIONAL, through which the acquisition from Mate Škoje was realized.

The Court Register has confirmed that Ivan Leko took office as the CEO of CROMARIS on March 31, replacing the previous director Goran Markulin, and that two new members have joined the Management Board – Dane Desnica and Giuseppe Virzi.

Marko Periša is the new member and president of the Supervisory Board of PRUŽNIH GRAĐEVINA, replacing Igor Pukec.

The former procurator of ABB, Nela Škariot, has been appointed as a member of the Management Board.

Denis Čuček, the director of STRAŽA-IMO from Hum na Sutli, has taken ownership shares from Verica Krklec, Josip Šurbek, and Josip Humski (from Prišlina). As a co-owner of the company for the production of steel structures in the glass industry, which separated from the GLASS FACTORY STRAŽA (now VETROPACK STRAŽA), he joined Antun Čuček (the former long-time director who is now a procurator), Živko Novak, Stjepan Špiljak, and Josip Humski (from Druškovac Humskog).

DANUVIUS MARINA from Tribunj has a Supervisory Board consisting of Győző Lantos (president), Konrad Jan Tyrajski (vice president), and Robertino Bilobrk. For the company managing Marina Tribunj, a pre-bankruptcy settlement was confirmed in March, in which 60 percent of the claims amounting to 113.5 million kuna were written off, and the remaining 45.4 million is to be paid within three years. The company is owned by Robertino Bilobrk, Jelena Rubeša Bilobrk, and the Hungarian duo Tamás Vitezy and László Attila Kerekes, with Tomislav Paškvalin as the director since the confirmation of the pre-bankruptcy.

Branimir Jolić is no longer a procurator at STI PRO SOLUTIONS from Zagreb.

Co-owner of LJEKARNE SOKAČ-OSMAK from Našice, Dragica Sokač, has handed over the director position to Saša Sokač.

Co-owner of PAPIRUS GRUPE from Split, Igor Cokarić, has left the Management Board, and now his partner Ante Bobelj independently leads this wholesale company.
