Podravka has informed the public via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that the CEO Martina Dalić has purchased 200 shares of the Koprivnica company at a price of 604 kuna per share. Dalić has allocated 120.8 thousand kuna for this package of Podravka shares.
In a previously published invitation to the General Assembly of Podravka, scheduled for June 29, it is stated that the net profit for 2020 amounts to 193.8 million kuna, of which 9.6 million kuna will be allocated to legal reserves, and that the payment of dividends to holders of ordinary shares in the gross amount of 9 kuna per share is approved.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders registered in the Central Clearing Depository on July 29, 2021. The remaining part of the net profit will be transferred to other reserves.
By the way, it has been three months since Martina Dalić took over the helm of the Croatian food giant. At the end of April, the Supervisory Board of Podravka approved the Management Board to initiate a strong investment cycle primarily related to the optimization of Podravka’s logistics processes, technical-technological modernization, as well as IT and energy reconstruction, and the modernization of the business building in Koprivnica.
