Companies whose shares are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange are announcing calls for General Meetings, which also contain information on the distribution of profits from the previous period, specifically the payment of dividends to shareholders.
The record holder for the highest dividend is the wholesale pharmacy Medika, which will pay shareholders 1400 kuna per share from retained earnings, while the entire net profit from 2020 amounting to 60.7 million kuna will be allocated to retained earnings.
Croatia osiguranje will pay holders of preferred shares 112 kuna per share for 2020 and 2019, for which it has set aside 980 thousand kuna for each year. The company Ericsson Nikola Tesla is also generous, as it will pay its shareholders a dividend of 82 kuna per share from the remaining part of retained earnings from 2019 and retained earnings from 2020. It is worth noting that last year Ericsson NT did not pay dividends to its shareholders, but at the end of the year, just before Christmas, it rewarded them with a dividend payment of 49 kuna per share from retained earnings from 2018 and 2019.
Končar – D&ST will pay dividends on preferred and ordinary shares amounting to 51.40 kuna per share, for which it will allocate a total of 26.2 million kuna. Auto Hrvatska will pay dividends of 40 kuna per share. The dividend will be paid from retained earnings from previous years totaling 22.6 million kuna. Shareholders of Atlantic Grupa are also expected to receive a dividend of 40 kuna per share from the total retained earnings from 2019 amounting to 109.96 million kuna and from part of the profit from 2020.
