Companies and Careers: Brletić from Monting at the Helm of Sitcolor, Bruketa and Žinić Left Without One Director, Changes at the Top of Atalian, Chromos Paints and Coatings…

Goran Brletić has been appointed director at SITOLOR from Slavonski Brod, joining Ivanu Brajkoviću in that position. Mihaela Brandis Žeruk is the new, third procurator, alongside Anja Galić and the company’s owner Marka Brajkovića. Brletić had been at the helm of MONTING for more than six years until the end of September last year.

The former member of the Management Board of ATALIAN GLOBAL SERVICES CROATIA Zvonko Ceranja is the new CEO, replacing Slaven Sladoljev, who had been in the Management Board, mostly at its head, since 2012.

Gunther Vesko, who served as deputy CEO of CHROMOS BOJE I LAKOVI for two years, is the new CEO, replacing David Kubala. Ivan Marković remains a member of the Management Board. 

Sjoerd Antonius Koopman is no longer a director at BRUKETA&ŽINIĆ&GREY.

Krešimir Novak, who was a member of the Management Board of CENOZA PROMETA until early February, has now been granted procuration.

Petar Ciganović and Aner Ciganović Uravić are the new directors at PROVIDENS in Zagreb, which is owned by Dragana Ciganovića (director) and Biserke Ciganović (procurator).

The company POLIRA from Ozalj, owned by the Slovenian KOLPA, has changed its name to KOLPA HRVATSKA and has merged with its other Ozalj company KERA-KOR.

Co-owner and sole member of the Management Board of C – M from Rovinj Ivo Uccio Miletić has acquired a stake from Plinia Cuccurina‘s company, namely his PLINIJA from Bale, through his company LUMINE STAR.

The Slovenian GEAPRODUKT Avdulaha Ramčilovića has acquired NATURAL PAK from Popovača from Muhameda Demirovića, for whom procuration has been granted to Almi Ramčilović Jesih. Vedran Lukačević remains in the director position.

Mihael Palić is the new director of ARGENTUM, replacing Krešimira Glasnovića and Zlatka Dodića.

Kristijan Gagulić is no longer a member of the Management Board of SUNCE HOTELI. At the beginning of the year, the company was purchased from Jake Andabaka for around one hundred million euros by EAGLE HILLS REAL ESTATE, which is known in Croatia as the would-be investor in the so-called Zagreb Manhattan.

Tonći Vanjak has joined as a co-owner in the company WING 77 from Zagreb with Karlu Aleškoviću, who remains the director. 

Co-owners of D. D. SERVIS from Zagreb Biserko Črlenec and Bruno Rukljač have granted procuration to Dominiku Rukljaču.
