Companies and Careers: M San Group Became d.o.o., New Director of Porsche in Croatia, Ferokotao Received Management…

Martin Wienerroither is the new director at PORSCHE CROATIA and PORSCHE ZAGREB, replacing Florian Steiner, and he joins Ivo Ivančević and Michael Urban in that position.

M SAN GRUPA has transformed from a joint-stock company (d.d.) to a limited liability company (d.o.o.). Stipo Matić was previously the sole shareholder and is now the only member of the company.

I GRAMAT has also transformed from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company, with 1164 co-owners transitioning from shareholders to founders/members of the company.

Branimir Šopar, one of the three previous directors at FEROKOTL from Donje Kraljevac, has been appointed as the president of the Management Board, where the previous director Nenad Lesjak remains as a member, while Josip Vugrinec has been removed from the director position.

Fabio Boscato and Lino Enzo Boscato transferred ownership of VUKOVARSKI TEKSTIL from their company TESSMA in Villaverle near Vicenza to VUKNIT in Vukovar. The two were also co-founders of VUKNIT, and in 2018, they transferred ownership of that company to Fabio’s HRB69 and Lino’s ETB27. Both are registered at the same address in Vicenza.

Sendi Ibranović has joined as a co-owner and director of GIANNA SHOES alongside Mirzet Saračević and Xhevatu Gashiju, replacing Vedada Busovača.

Ivan Kos is the new director of OSIJEK AIRPORT, replacing Davor Forgić, and Ivan Hampovčan is the new president of the Supervisory Board, replacing Ivan Bilac.

The procurator of HAIRGROUND from Zagreb, Slavica Pintur, has joined as a co-owner with Vicko Pintur, who is also the director of the company.

Miroslav Brlić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of KOMUNALAC SISAK, replacing Josip Vugić.

The company LIBURNIA SERVICES IN MARITIME has acquired a 50% ownership stake in the Rijeka COMARK from LIBURNIA MARITIME AGENCY (the remaining 50% is owned by the Slovenian company COMARK). With this change, Ana Milinković Badovinac, Božo Pašalić, Borna Petrović, and Karim Thys, who were co-owners only of the MARITIME AGENCY, have exited the ownership structure. Now, 50% of the shares are jointly held by Danko Crnčević, Željko Petrović, and Marin Škufca, who are co-owners in the MARITIME AGENCY and are the sole owners of SERVICES IN MARITIME.

D. G. COMMERCE from Prelog, owned by director Dražen Gregoraš, has returned 12.5 million kuna to creditors from a pre-bankruptcy settlement made in November 2014, and the record indicating that the company was in pre-bankruptcy has been removed from the Court Register.
