Ivan Šimičević, born in Zadar in 1985, where he completed primary and secondary school, graduated in finance and banking from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rijeka in 2010. He began his banking career in 2011 at OTP Bank in Zadar in the Retail Banking Sector. Holding various positions in the Retail Banking Sector, he spent the most time as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where he actively contributed to the implementation and design of digital and modern solutions. Since 2019, he has served as the Bank’s Procurator, becoming responsible for the Operations and IT sector.
During his career, he has participated in numerous significant projects such as the acquisition and integration of banks and was the leader of the entire project of integrating the former Splitska Bank and OTP Bank, which remains the largest bank integration ever conducted in the Republic of Croatia.
