CIAK Group is going for an IPO! At the 50th meeting of the Management Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa), a decision was made to approve the ‘unique prospectus regarding the issuance of up to 7,218,825 new ordinary shares in the name of a public offering, with no nominal value, in dematerialized form and listing on the regulated market of new shares and existing 13,406,390 ordinary shares, all issued in the name, in dematerialized form, with no nominal value’.
Thus, a company with a total of 20.6 million shares could appear on the capital market. According to data from the Central Clearing and Depository Company (SKDD), the largest shareholder of CIAK Group is Ivan Leko, who owns just under 75 percent of the company, while Ljilja Leko owns just under 24 percent.
If investors decide to buy all the new shares being offered, it means that the company is ‘relinquishing’ 35 percent of ownership.
