Companies and Careers: Printera remains with two co-owners, change at the helm of Grbešić’s Mepas, resignation of director Lavčević Zadar…

The PRINTERA printing house from Sveta Nedelja has dissolved its Supervisory Board, which included Mirko Mamić (Chairman), Tomislav Krajačić (Deputy Chairman), and Krešimir Bauer. The three exited the ownership structure – Krajačić and Mamić two and a half years ago, and Bauer at the beginning of this year. Today, the co-owners are Draženko Mamić and Rober-Jurica Krajačić, who are also directors.

Marija Grgić Bukovac is the new (and only) member of the Management Board of MEPAS from Zadar, replacing Petar Oršanić. This company is owned by the Široki Brijeg MEPAS Mirko Grbešić.

Ana Mikuš Beban is the new employee representative on the Supervisory Board of KRAŠA, replacing Darka Đeneša.

Zoran Ljubić has entered the ownership structure of the company SEDAM IT, which now has six co-owners.

Nada Jelinić-Starčević is the new member of the Supervisory Board of the Rijeka gas and thermal energy distributor ENERGO.

The Italian SILVER FOX HOLDINGS is the new co-owner of the Samobor company BIJUK HPC. The founder and co-owner of the company that produces special fittings, Petar Bijuk, remains in the director’s position.

Ivo Rako is the new director of LAVČEVIĆ ZADAR, replacing Gorana Milolože, who resigned and exited the ownership structure. Now the sole owner of the company is the parent company LAVČEVIĆ from Split, which is majority-owned by MONTMONTAŽA.

Ivana Večković is the new procurator of KAMENOLOMA GORJAK, replacing Marcelu Večković.

Damir Metelko and Kruno Kovačević are no longer partners in the law firm HANŽEKOVIĆ&PARTNERI, and Iva Markotić Bagarić is the new, seventh partner.  

Vladimir Sabo is the new director of ZAGORSKOG METALCA, replacing Željka Bjelana, and the procuration has been granted to Primožu Krameru.

Jozefina Deligegić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of the Daruvar utility company DARKOM, replacing Petra Deligegića, who resigned.

Zoran Pleše is the new director at VELINCU replacing Borisa Begovića. The company was led until September by Dražen Ćurić, and then the owner and procurator Jakov Tomljenović appointed Alenku Tomljenović as the main director.

The bankruptcy proceedings for GRANIT-KAMENOLOM owned by Grge Zrilića (director Zdenko Zrilić) have been suspended as a debt of about one million kuna has been settled, which is why the account was blocked for a year, until the end of September.

Lea Damijanić Žufić is the new chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of VLADIMIRA GORTANA, replacing Željka Rudana, who is no longer on the Supervisory Board. Paolo Rudan is the new member of the Supervisory Board, replacing Marija Trapana.

Marko Blagović has joined Branku Očaku as co-owner and director of KEMBICO PLAST from Zagreb. The director position remains with Danijel Šverko, while Lidija Mamić and Vladmiri Kršek retain the procuration.

Radica Lončar inherited the companies for the sale of materials for plumbing, ceramics, sanitary ware, parquet, laminates, and devices and equipment for central heating and air conditioning VOKEL (in Posušje and Imotski) after the sudden death of her husband, the owner and founder Veljka Lončara. His son Petar Lončar, who has been running the business as a temporary manager since the tragedy in April, has now been appointed director.

Željko Bugarić is the new member and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company ŠPORTSKI OBJEKTI from Osijek, replacing Gorana Mikana, who is no longer on the Supervisory Board.

Antonio Perica has joined the owner of MINIGRADNJE from Vodice Anti Perici as a member of the Management Board, while Tanja Perica remains the procurator.

Krešo Ostojić is the new director of the company HEBA from Štaglinca (Koprivnica), replacing Vlade Škareca. The owner Goran Zagorščak remains the procurator.

Ivica Sulje is the new procurator at HTP OREBIĆ.

Søren Rosenkrands is no longer the director at NAJAM RIWALU from Lukarišća (Dugo Selo). 

The owner Mato Stanić has merged the company AG TRADE with his other company, TENI.

Zdravko Glavočić is no longer a co-owner of the Zadar company FOST TAPE, so Diana Pastuović remains the sole owner. The company is managed by Petar Pastuović and Oliver Gmitrović.

With a delay of more than nine months, it has been announced that Dražen Rončević has joined Goranu Ćući as a co-owner and director of DRVA PAPUK.

Nenad Končar has left the position of member of the Management Board of APARTMANA MEDENA and moved to the Supervisory Board, from which Emina Ibrahimi and Nado Tramontana have exited. The former chairwoman of the Management Board Petra Jurlina is now the director.
