All legal entities (companies, institutions, cooperatives, associations etc.) are required to request access to the information system of electronic communication with the courts. They had to do this by September 1, 2020, according to the notice on the RRIF website.
To enroll in e-Communication, applications should be sent to the email [email protected] . The following information must be provided:
- OIB of the legal entity
- name of the legal entity
- email address of the legal entity (notifications for each sent e-communication dispatch will be sent to this email)
- name and surname of the authorized representative who will perform actions in e-communication on behalf of the legal entity (legal representative registered in the Court Register)
- OIB of the authorized representative who will perform actions in e-communication on behalf of the legal entity.
