After testing for COVID-19/Sars-CoV-2, it has been confirmed that the assistant minister of spatial planning, construction and state property, doc.dr.sc. Maja Marija Nahod is positive for the coronavirus, reported the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and State Property.
“Assistant Nahod is in good health with mild clinical symptoms, and she will continue to perform her duties from home in self-isolation. Epidemiologists have been provided with data about her close contacts, including Minister Darko Horvat, State Secretary mr.sc. Željko Uhlir as well as one other official from the Ministry and two employees from APN. For this reason, Minister Horvat also underwent testing, which returned negative; however, upon the recommendation of epidemiologists, he will remain in self-isolation and repeat the test in five days. State Secretary Uhlir is also in self-isolation, and his results will be known later today”, the statement reads.
