Companies and Careers: Ownership Maneuver by Ante Mandić, New Supervisors in Končar’s Companies, Adacta Gone Ad Acta…

Ante Mandić has formally exited co-ownership in the company INSIG2, which he founded. He is now the sole owner of his newly established company INSIG2 NETHERLANDS.

Ivan Bahun and Ivan Šeparović are the new members of the Supervisory Board of KONČAR-ENERGETSKIH TRANSFORMATORA, replacing Darinka Baga and Medeja Lončar. Gordan Kolak is the new deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board instead of Baga. 

In KONČAR-KUĆANSKIM APARATIMA, the new deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board is Vlado Orešković instead of Marine Kralj Miliše, and the new member is Miki Huljić instead of Ivana Tomšića.

The company ADACTA has changed its name to BE-TERNA ADRIATIC, in line with the name change of its parent company in Ljubljana. This is a result of the acquisition of ADACTA by the BE-TERNA group, backed by the German financial fund DEUTSCHE PRIVATE EQUITY. It can be said that ADACTA has gone ad acta.

Damir Soldo is the new director of ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ INDUSTRIJSKA RJEŠENJA, replacing Marija Obradovića, whose term has expired.

James Ross Mcalpine Mctaggart is the new chairman of the Supervisory Board of SCOTT BADER, replacing Jean-Marca Sergea Baina, and the new member of the Supervisory Board is Kevin Roger Kenneth Matthews instead of Jean-Claudea Pierrea.

Gábor Tamás is the new director of BRAVOSTORE from Zagreb, replacing Gabora Nagyja. The company is behind the Extreme Digital portal for online sales primarily of technical products.

Željko Martinović has entered the ownership structure of MARINEX&CO and has become a partner of director Josipa Vidovića.

Mijo Habulinec is the new co-owner of ELMECH SINTERMAKA alongside Kosovka Horvat. Until March, he shared ownership with Danko Crnčević. In November last year, Fina proposed initiating bankruptcy proceedings due to an account blockage of 554 thousand kuna. The company reported a loss of 1.92 million kuna last year. The first hearing is scheduled for September 15.

Patrik Klarić is no longer a co-owner of ING-JETA from Zagreb. Instead, alongside Branislava Brizara (or his ING-GRAD), the new co-owners are Juraj Lovrenčić, Lana Lovrenčić Butković, Marta Bošnjak, and Zvonimir Brizar

Last week, it was announced in the Court Register that Ivica Nuić has replaced Šimuna Borića at the helm of VODOVOD from Makarska since February. Ante Ćapin is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board.
