Companies and Careers: Changes at Auctor, Invest Sedlić Changes Owner Again, and Now the Name…

Ružica Vađić is no longer a member of the Management Board of AUCTOR, and the former president of the Management Board Oleg Uskoković has become the director. This change could cause reshuffles in other companies, as Vađić, based on AUCTOR’s ownership stake, heads the supervisory boards of several companies, including MEDIKA and LAGUNA NOVIGRAD.

Marko Šutalo has taken ownership of AGROKOM NATURE from Gunja from Admira Baždara. Both remain together in the management of the consulting, agricultural product manufacturing, trading, and services company that increased its revenue by 34 percent (to 136 million kuna) and profit by 56 percent (to 1.79 million kuna) last year. Baždar acquired INVEST SEDLIĆ from Zvonimir Sedlić through AGROKOM NATURE last year, so Šutalo is now the owner of INVEST SEDLIĆ, which has just been renamed to INVEST AGRO. The headquarters has also changed, originally located in Berek, Sedlić moved it to Bjelovar in 2017, Baždar relocated it to Zagreb upon acquisition, and the new headquarters after the latest ownership change is in Novi Senkovac (Slatina).

Mirko Habijanec is the new president of the Supervisory Board of HIDROREGULACIJA from Bjelovar instead of Zlatko Barila, who remains on the Supervisory Board. Mario Biljan has been elected as the deputy president of the Supervisory Board instead of Marija Preskočila. The new member of the Supervisory Board is Darko Jambreković, while Mato Petrić and Dario Marković have left the Supervisory Board. Jadranka Živoder remains on the Supervisory Board. The largest ownership stake in HIDROREGULACIJA (43.77 percent) is held by Habijanec’s RADNIK from Križevci.

Josip Matijašević is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of ELEKTROPROJEKT from Zagreb.

Darko Risteski has taken over the ownership and management of AM TURIST from Zaprešić from Marija Jurića and Ante Jurića. Prior to that, the company was divided, and part of the assets was transferred to the new company AM TURIST UGOSTITELJSTVO I TURIZAM, which was founded by Anto Jurić in February 2019.

The founder and director of BALOGA from Našice Ivan Balog has granted procuration to another Ivan Balog.

Procurator Ivana Pranić has joined director Davor Pranić as a co-owner in SKLADIŠNA LOGISTIKA from Hrvatsko Leskovac (Zagreb).

Matiji Ivokoviću has been granted procuration in BAUDERU from Vukovar.

Ivana Sremić is no longer a procurator at THYSSENKRUPP DIZALIMA.

The owner and director of OS METALA from Ladimirevaca (Valpovo) Dario Katić has granted procuration to Gordanu Duvnjaku.

The owner and previously sole director of DAROJKOVIĆ PROMETA from Dugo Selo Smiljan Darojković has appointed Silvestra Darojkovića and Vinka Darojkovića as directors.

VETERINARSKA STANICA RIJEKA first took over the ownership stakes of Josipa Šverka and Tadije Peraića in VETERINARSKA AMBULANTA OPATIJA and then merged it.

Ivan Bočina and Vinko Uhač are no longer procurators in UGOR from Rijeka. The two founded the company for catching and processing fish in 1993 together with Vinko’s brother Nevijem Uhačem, who is still a procurator today. Vedran Balen and Ivan Balen have exited the ownership structure of Zagreb’s BIGRAF and are no longer director or procurator. The co-owners and directors of the company for the sale and distribution of offset materials remain Jakša Balen, Jurica Balen, and Zvonimir Balen.

Marinko Tomić is no longer the director of the Zagreb city company UPRAVLJANJE SPORTSKIM OBJEKTIMA. Davor Mevorah has been appointed as the acting director.

The owner and member of the Management Board of GRADINA-MONTA from Vučipolja (Hrvace) Neda Bandić has granted procuration to Mladenu Bandiću. The founder of the company Marijan Bandić has had procuration from before.
