Given that Styria Digital Development highly values the development and training of its employees, it is not surprising that as many as 97% attended additional training that is not legally required in 2019. The company provides employees with the opportunity to attend lectures, seminars, workshops, training, and conferences in Croatia or abroad on topics of personal and professional development as well as the development of professional knowledge and skills.
