Bogdan Tihava has replaced the position of Chief Executive Officer of AUTO HRVATSKE with the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, succeeding Igora Brigljevića, who has moved to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board instead of Zlatan Jabučar, who is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board. It is planned that unsecured creditors will halve their 12 million kuna claims, with the remainder to be collected after a year of waiting over the next four years. Five million kuna of claims from secured creditors OTP LEASING and ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE S-LEASING will be settled from the assets. However, the company has not been paying contributions for salaries after the unblocking of accounts during the pre-bankruptcy period, leading to bankruptcy proceedings, and Davorin Kapustić has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
