Sean Lisjak has entered the ownership structure of TEHNOMONT SHIPYARD instead of Anton Užila, who is no longer the chairman of the Supervisory Board. His position has been taken over by the former deputy chairman of the three-member Supervisory Board Dinko Modrušan, Larisa Ivančić is now his deputy, and Ervin Markuš remains a member of the Supervisory Board.
Lisjak has been a member of the Management Board of the sister company TEHNOMONT d.d. since 2012, and now, as a co-owner in the SHIPYARD, he has joined Gordana Deranja, Miljenko Brnić, Aleksandar Šuran, and Tomislav Smirčić. The five of them hold a majority stake in TEHNOMONT d.d. (68.42 percent) through their company. These two companies are the backbone of the group led by the former head of HUP, Gordana Deranja.
In addition to shipbuilding, the group is engaged in investment works abroad, solar energy, and the production of steel structures, and it manages the Pula Marina Veruda, which also has its own charter fleet. In 2018, the TEHNOMONT SHIPYARD group achieved revenues of 139 million kuna, while TEHNOMONT d.d. reported revenues of 45.31 million kuna and a profit of 2.91 million kuna for the past year.
