Companies and Careers: Change at the Helm of MIV, Resignation at Generali Insurance, Departure of Kotarac from Beiersdorf…

The former member of the Management Board of METALSKE INDUSTRIJE VARAŽDIN Krešimir Kranjčec is the new president of the Management Board, replacing Marina Dražina. Kranjčec joined the Management Board in April, along with Smiljana Hrenom, who remains a member of the Board. MIV also has a new Supervisory Board, led by former member Tomislav Delić (instead of former Varteks employee Zoran Košćec). His deputy is Manfred Deutenhauser instead of Hrvoja Paukovića. The new members of the Supervisory Board are Michael Herbeck and Manfred Johann Ilg. Ivan Fabijančić has also left the Supervisory Board.

Ana Marija Vidović has resigned from her position on the Management Board of GENERALI OSIGURANJA.

Peter Koyš is the new director of BEIERSDORF, replacing Branka Kotarca, who served on the Board for a full twenty years.

Giuseppe Giacomini is the new member of the Management Board of ACCIAIERIE BERTOLI SAFAU (ABS, formerly VALJAONICA CIJEVI SISAK), replacing Andree Chittara.

Marku Znaoru has been granted procuration at TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION.

Katija Križan is the new deputy president of the Supervisory Board of EURO DAUS from Split, replacing Radoslava Lavrića.

Ana Marinović is the new member of the Supervisory Board of LUKE PLOČE, replacing Tonka Lovrinov.

Željki Prtorić has been granted procuration at AMEC RIJEKATEKSTIL.

The company SOBOČAN INTERIJERI from Mursko Središće has changed its name to SOBOČAN.

Changes related to the cleaning of the ownership structure in the construction company GRAVIA from Osijek have continued. After director Tomislav Ravlić became a co-owner a month ago, and five previous co-owners exited the ownership, another twelve have now left, so the company is now owned by Vladimir Držaić, Iris Ravlić, and Tomislav Ravlić. The former member of the Management Board and recent co-owner Ante Herceg has resigned from the Management Board but has been elected as the new president of the Supervisory Board, replacing Borislava Zorića. Former Supervisory Board member Iris Ravlić has been elected as the deputy president of the Supervisory Board, replacing Josipa Papića, and Kornelije Ravlić has joined the Supervisory Board as the third member.

The owner of H.K.O. from Zagreb Alan Kurjak has ceased to be a procurator. He was the director of the company, which deals with the sale of medical equipment until 2017, when Ana Martinović Kurjak took over management.

Belgian MITO POLYMERS, which operates within the INTERPOLIMERI group, has exited co-ownership in the company FOST NOVI after three and a half years, which is now exclusively owned by the sole member of the Management Board Petra Pastuovića.

Predrag Sekulić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of SISAČKI VODOVOD, replacing Luce Gašpar Šake.

Marinko Bagarić is no longer a member of the Management Board of KOPRIVNICA PLINA. The former procurator of BOE CROATIA Günter Schüller has been appointed as one of the three directors, replacing Rudolfa Massima. The company manages a garage in the Rijeka West Shopping Center.
