Companies and Careers: Changes in Ownership of Lonija, in the Management of Pan-Pek, New Role of Domagoj Cvetko…

Domagoj Cvetko is the new director of OPREME-INTERCOM from Trnovec, replacing co-owner Boris Novak. Other co-owners are Ludbreg OPREMA and its majority owner Tomislav Cvetko, who is also the president of the Management Board. His son Domagoj Cvetko is a member of the Management Board and holds ten percent of the shares.  

Frane Jaram transferred the ownership of LONIJA from his company SPUGA-K to himself.

Artur Zbigniew Olech is the new member of the three-member Management Board of PAN-PEK, replacing Hrvoje Tretinjak.  

Gábor Kovács is the new member of the Supervisory Board of RAIFFEISENBANK AUSTRIA.

Robert Barnaki is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of VIRO SUGAR FACTORY.    

Marijanu Habiču from Begunje (Slovenia) has been granted power of attorney in the companies KMAG and MAXX AUTO. The companies are owned by director Domen Habič, who has an address in the United Arab Emirates and represents Kia and Volvo cars.

Less than two months after ceasing to be a member of the Management Board of PALACE, Matko Tonšić exited the ownership structure, as did Lovro Zovko. The stone-cutting company remains owned by directors Igor Glavaš and Domagoja Goluže.

Ivana Dolenec is no longer a procurator at KLIMAOPREMA.

Emanuele Fornari has been the representative of the Croatian branch of the Italian company KT – KINETICS TECHNOLOGY since February, replacing Luce Martiranija.

The owner and director of Šibenik’s NAUTICAL CENTER PINA I MARE Andrej Čeč from Klagenfurt has granted power of attorney to Gregor Čeč from Ljubljana.

Andrija Lukač, Sven Vorih, Davor Maras, Zlatko Dodić, Davor Dodić and B4B ESOP have entered the ownership structure of the company B 4 B from Zagreb, joining existing co-owners Mariju Živkoviću, Željku Lukaču and MAVERICK PARTNERS.

Schalk Opperman is the new president of the Management Board of MERCK, which previously had only one member of the Management Board, Kaloyan Iliev.

EUROINSPEKT CROATIAKONTROLA has dissolved the Supervisory Board, which included Alex Nimród Kishonti (president), Jasminka Sablek (deputy), and Branko Vukušić.

Jerko Bačić is the new director of Split’s LUKE, replacing Igora Mihajlova. He remains a co-owner through the company MARINE CONSULTING & INSURANCE, which holds 41.23 percent of the shares, owned by Mihajlov and Pere Buzdovančića.

The company VALARD ZAGREB has changed its name to VICTOR ENERGY, in accordance with the name of the company VIC ENERGY from London Adama Victora Budzinskog, which recently acquired VALARD.

Director Tomislav Varga has also taken over the company TOMO VARGA from Zagreb from Tome Varge.
