On Thursday at the Rooftop Lateral Bar, the first issue of the magazine BRENDfulness was presented with a panel on the theme Return to Values.
Dhar media, the publisher of Brand Culture which is becoming BRENDfulness, will also be published in print, dedicated to promoting organizational culture throughout its 10 years of operation. Our culture is based on dharma at the heart of which is purpose – a purpose that every employee feels as part of the organizational whole. When the purpose of employees and the purpose of the organization are aligned, we are talking about a culture of leadership.
To speak and educate about organizational culture even stronger and louder, which primarily starts within ourselves – in our employees and our collective, we decided to rebrand Brand Culture, which has been published under that name for five years, into BRENDfulness.
– Generation 'Z' that has grown up in the online world, exposed to instant solutions to feel meaningful, will seek some new values in search of themselves. They will abandon old paradigms and bite into the clarity of change – whether we want to accept it or not. Therefore, it is time to adapt, to dig deeper into our business stories – beneath the vision of success lies a lot of work on oneself, in the team, on the mission, and towards some new 'old and true' values. Those who are brave will embark on that path and change the world. Those who are not will remain mediocre players in the job market. Therefore, I greet you in the mission of promoting organizational culture based on dharma – said Lea Brezar, CEO of Dhar media, a leading advocate of the dharmic approach to business.
Commenting on the state of Croatian entrepreneurship in the midst of the crisis caused by the pandemic, the panelists of 'Return to Values' agreed that the true values on which business rests are the foundation without which we sink in crises.
