Vedran Bego is the new director of KONZUM’s wholesaler VELPRO-CENTER, replacing Ivice Pivara. Bego is a member of AGROKOR, with managerial experience from KONZUM and JAMNICA. At the end of last year, a decision was made to merge the largest Croatian wholesale network with the parent KONZUM. In early February, a project was launched to separate operations within the wholesale segment, under which ROTO DINAMIC focuses on beverage distribution within the HoReCa customer channel, while KONZUM, to which VELPRO – CENTER has been merged, places its business focus on the distribution of food and non-food products in the HoReCa channel. It has been announced on KONZUM’s pages that VELPRO-CENTER has been merged, but this has not yet been confirmed in the Court Register.
After the resignation of Ivana Bilaća, Siniša Kuzmanović has been appointed as the new CEO of TIA PARTNER from Rijeka. Mirjana Puača, Krešimir Kukavica, and Vlasta Nesek remain on the Board. The company was founded in 2006 by merging TPK, IVADA, and ARCUS, and is now owned by ZAGREBAČKA PIVOVARA, engaged in beverage wholesale. Last year, they achieved revenues of 250 million kuna, an increase of 18 percent.
Stijn Michel Vermeulen is the new director of INOUTICA from Dugo Selo, replacing Mirka Anesija, and has joined Renata Travljanin in that position.
Branka Pušec has been granted procuration at RADIN PRINT from Sveta Nedelja.
Initially, Marino Gruban took ownership of the Rijeka ARHOS from Marijana Grubana, and a month later, the former procurator Tomislav Gruban entered into co-ownership and became a member of the Board, while the former owner Marijan Gruban ceased to be a member of the Board.
Alen Gerek and Mislav Peričić are no longer members of the Supervisory Board of MIPS, a Velika Gorica IT company specialized in postal services owned by HP – HRVATSKA POŠTA.
