What is the loan intended for?

  • For reconstruction, all types of work, and all emergency interventions/remediation of damage to residential buildings damaged by earthquakes
  • For energy renovation of residential buildings damaged by earthquakes
  • For repayment of loans for residential buildings damaged by earthquakes or for the purchase of equipment and devices
  • For the refund of previously invested own funds by the managers of residential buildings/co-owners based on invoices for completed work/equipment for the removal of damage to the building caused by earthquakes, and this for the past 12 (twelve) months

Interest Rate

  • 2.99% (EKS 3.03%)* annual, fixed

Fees

  • No fee for processing the loan application

Loan Amount and Repayment Period

  • Minimum 20,000 kuna
  • Repayment period from 13 months to 10 years

* Calculated for the amount of 500,000 HRK at a regular interest rate of 2.99% (EKS 3.03%), for a repayment period of 10 years, without a fee for processing the loan application, assuming loan disbursement on 01. 01. and payment of interim interest on 01. 02., the monthly annuity amounts to 4,825.73 HRK, and the total amount the client needs to pay is 580,333.38 HRK.

The loan repayment is secured from the funds of the building’s common reserve.

This applies to loan agreements concluded in accordance with the Conditions for Approving Long-Term Loans for all types of work on the common areas of residential buildings damaged by earthquakes, which have been in effect since 01. 06. 2020.
