Today in Croatia: Presentation of the Draft Strategy for Croatian Agriculture and Aquaculture after 2020

We announce events for Tuesday, June 16.

SPLIT – Minister of Tourism Gari Cappelli will sign a contract for the allocation of non-repayable funds for the Regional Competence Center in Split (10 AM, Hotel Cornaro, King Tomislav Street 9). Media statements are scheduled after the ceremonial signing at 10:30 AM.

VUKOVAR – Minister of Agriculture Marija Vučković will present the draft strategy for Croatian agriculture and aquaculture after 2020 (11 AM, Vukovar-Syrmia County Hall, County 9). Media statements are scheduled after the presentation of the strategy at 1 PM.

ZAGREB – The Croatian Medical Chamber (HLK) is organizing a forum titled “Medicine and Healthcare – Programs, Solutions, Promises” where representatives of leading political parties and coalitions, HDZ, Restart Coalition, Most, and Homeland Movement will present their electoral program in the field of healthcare to HLK members and the media (11 AM, Journalists’ Home, Perkovčeva 2).

ZAGREB – The Restart Coalition will hold a press conference where the leader of the SDP and leader of the Restart Coalition Davor Bernardić and others will discuss the consequences of the earthquake in Zagreb and the adoption of the Law on the Reconstruction of Zagreb and its surroundings. Alongside Bernardić, Vice President of the SDP Rajko Ostojić, Vice President of the Zagreb SDP councilor Vesna Nađ, President of the SDP Gornja Dubrava Domagoj Prica, and President of the SDP Sesvete Draženko Pandek will speak (2:15 PM, St. Mary Čučerska Square 1).

SPLIT – Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds Marko Pavić will award users from the Split-Dalmatia County 22 contracts financed by national and EU funds. After the ceremonial handover, media statements are scheduled (2 PM, Hotel Cornaro, King Tomislav Street 9).

CERNA – Minister of Agriculture Marija Vučković during her visit to Vukovar-Syrmia County will attend the commissioning of the Blato-Cerna irrigation system, which covers a net area of 550 hectares and is one of the irrigation projects whose construction is 85% financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (3 PM).
