InfoDom: A Completely New Management Board Appointed

By a strategic decision of the owner and founder of InfoDom, Prof. Dr. Slavko Vidović, the members of the Management Board of InfoDom Zagreb have become three long-time experts and employees who have participated in all important projects and its development. Hrvoje Sagrak has been appointed as the President of the Management Board, while Ivan Barbarić and Goran Marković are the members of the Management Board. The new Management Board continues the development of InfoDom Zagreb, while Prof. Dr. Vidović takes over the coordination and management of the operations of the InfoDom group, which unites 14 companies and employs 110 people, according to the statement. 

The internal transformation has further strengthened the InfoDom group, and the new Management Board of InfoDom Zagreb will continue to focus more firmly on the market and creating value for its customers, in order to contribute rapidly to the digital transformation of the public sector and the economy, thanks to the maturity of products and a wide range of services.

Hrvoje Sagrak before his appointment as President of the Management Board served as the Director for the Public Sector and was responsible for sales as well as coordination in deliveries, in the role of project director in key contracts. He has worked in IT for over 16 years, in the fields of sales, business development, and consulting, and prior to that at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. He has a multidisciplinary education and professional training in business process management, project management, and cybersecurity. He graduated in law from the University of Zagreb, and further enhanced his long-standing domestic and international business experiences by studying at Carleton University in the field of public policy and foreign policy analysis, as well as in the EMBA program in business administration and management at the Cotrugli Business School, where he was a scholarship holder.

Ivan Barbarić has been working at InfoDom Zagreb since the beginning of his career, for more than 13 years. He is a certified internal auditor and a certified public procurement expert, and along with other newly appointed members of the Management Board, he has created and developed almost all strategically important projects of the company. He graduated in Organization and Management from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed a postgraduate study in Financial Institutions and Markets, further enhancing his areas of expertise.

Goran Marković has over 20 years of experience in management and sales within the IT industry, and before his appointment to the Management Board of InfoDom Zagreb, he worked as a Business Development Director, where he was responsible for strategic decisions related to the implementation of new products and services, as well as software architecture and technology. His specialties include business model innovations, business and IT strategies, ERP and CRM business systems, business process and knowledge management, and software development methodologies. He graduated in Information Management from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin.
