Companies and Careers: Tomislav Mamić and Dario Šimić Appoint New Directors in Their Companies, Changes at the IGH Institute…

Owner Tomislav Mamić has appointed Petar Bašić as the director of the Split BOBIS since the beginning of June, replacing Martin Kaštelančić, who held the position for a year. The change of director was carried out by the new Supervisory Board, appointed just a few days earlier, led by Zoran Mamić instead of Ante Josić. The new members are Ivica Pervan and Tomislav Šušnjar instead of Snježana Mamić and Joška Rađe.

Miroslav Vorkapić is the new director of ŽIVE KAVE from Zagreb, replacing co-owner Tomislav Krpina. The company behind the Vivascaffe brand was founded and led by former celebrated footballer of Dinamo and Milan, representative Dario Šimić, who is still one of the three co-owners (along with Krpina and Saša Mitrović). 

MARS CROATIA has merged with WRIGLEY CROATIA. This is a consequence of a global transaction from 2008 in which MARS acquired WRIGLEY, and the entire company has been operating under the joint name MARS WRIGLEY since 2016.

Roland Klimesch is the new member of the Supervisory Board of ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK.

Dariju Bašiću and Igoru Džajiću have been granted procuration at INSTITUT IGH.

Vesna Mikulin is the new member of the Supervisory Board of DM-DROGERIE MARKT, replacing Kristina Mihaljević.

Tomislav Družak is no longer in the Supervisory Board of HŽ PUTNIČKOG PRIJEVOZA.

Marko Špegar has joined Ivanu Bušiću in the Management Board of PAYTENA from Zagreb and has been appointed the third member of the Management Board of ASSECO SEE from Zagreb, led by Igor Gržalja, with Viktor Olujić also being a member of the Management Board. Both companies operate within the Polish ASSECO SEE GROUP.

Mladen Mihalj, Stipe Mihalj, and Nedjeljko Mihalj are the new procurators at ŽITAR from Našice. In this way, they have strengthened ownership control of the business. The three of them are, in fact, co-owners of the company CAUTIO, which owns ŽITAR.

The former procurator of KONICA MINOLTA CROATIA Branka Domazet is the new president of the Management Board, replacing Romana Tihelke. Milan Kasík and Jitka Rančíková remain in the Management Board.

Filip Lavriv and Gverino Španjol are the new directors, along with Renata Radića, at PRIMI MOBILIS. Slavenu Andriću has had his procuration revoked in that company, but he remains in the director position in related Radić companies PRIMA NAMJEŠTAJU and LUCE PRODUKTU.

Jaša Valentić is no longer the director of the Rijeka construction company VALENTIĆ I VALENTIĆ. His position has been taken over by the other co-founder Darko Valentić, who exited co-ownership shortly after the establishment in 2010, when Jaša remained the sole owner. Seven years later, ownership was transferred to the current owner Sanju Valentić, who has now signed this director swap and granted procuration to Mateji Valentić.

Co-owner of METROPOLIS TOURIST Mate Usorac has stepped down from the director position to the position of procurator. The same was done in 2016 by another co-owner  Mate Petrović. Jasenka Petek remains the only director of the company managing hotel ‘I’ in Zagreb’s Remetinec.

Ilija Rauški is the new, third director of STRABAG BMTI from Zagreb.

The founder and owner of Zadar’s KNEŽAK Teo Marelić has handed over the director position to Tea Marelić.

Paul Joseph Armstrong is the new director at PAREXEL INTERNATIONAL, replacing Josepha Edwarda Scotta. The other director, Michael Francis Crowley III, remains in his position, as does procurator Helena Bohunicki.Bruno Marjanović, co-owner of SUBMARINEA from Zagreb (together with Krešimirom Martinčićem) has stepped down from the director position and taken over procuration, while the new director is Edita Macan.

Owner and member of the Management Board of FUTURE from Virovitica Zdravko Pocrnić has revoked Milu Pocrnića from the director position and granted procuration to Kseniji Pocrnić and Marinu Pocrnić.
