Slaven Rukavina and Spas Vidarkinsky are the new members of the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, which now has four new members. Earlier this year, following the resignation of Miljenko Živaljić, the new president of the Management Board became the former member of the Supervisory Board, Romeo Collina, while Dalibor Ćubela joined the Management Board as general manager instead of Živaljić’s deputy, Claudio Cesar. Lorenzo Ramajola and Marco Lotteri have remained in the Management Board since February 2019.
The new members of the Management Board have spent their careers in banks of the UNICREDIT GROUP. Rukavina started in 2001. He was a branch director, sales director for personal and business banking, and director of family banking, as well as a manager in banks in Banja Luka and Mostar. He is responsible for retail in the Management Board. Vidarkinsky started in Bulgaria and has been a member of the Management Board in Serbia since 2017, responsible for corporate and investment banking, and he retains the same sector now in the Management Board of ZABE.
Sixty-two shareholders have exited the ownership structure of ČAZMATRANS-NOVA, while six new ones have entered. The company from Čazma now has 463 co-owners.
One of the two directors of GRAVIJA, Tomislav Ravlić, has entered the ownership structure of the company, from which the other director, Ante Herceg, has exited along with four other shareholders. The construction company from Osijek now has 14 co-owners.
Christian Adolf Matthias Gutgsell is no longer the president of the Management Board of the companies of Ana Gutgsell KM KOVNICA and KM ALATI from Pisarovina. The companies are now led by the former member of the management, Hans-Jörg Leuze, as an independent director. Daniel Hrup and Karlheinz Venter have also lost their positions in the dissolved managements, and Ana Grahek is no longer a procurator in KM KOVNICI.
Vera Arambašić and Damir Arambašić are no longer in the ownership structure of the company PEKARSTVO KADULJA from Darda. Marta Arambašić remains a co-owner, along with two members of the Management Board, Nataša Vuletić and Damirom Petrovićem.
