The owner of the company CRODUX DERIVATI DVA Ivan Čermak has stepped down as CEO effective June 1, handing over the position to the former board member Draga Antić.

The new CEO is a long-time close associate of Ivan Čermak. She was a member of the CRODUX PLINA board from 2012. to 2014., and has been on the board of the parent company since 2013. She is also involved in the management of DISTENTUS and CRODUX INŽENJERING, and after Čermak’s acquisition of TANKERKOMERCA, she was appointed to head the supervisory board of the Zadar company.
Remaining on the board are members Gordana Kronja and the owner’s son Hrvoje Čermak, along with four procurators – Vladimir Kuzmić, Igor Crobrnja, as well as the owner’s wife Marijana Čermak and Hrvoje’s wife Andrea Čermak. The affiliated companies employed a total of over 1,200 workers in 2018, generated nearly six billion kuna in revenue, and reported a profit of 139 million kuna. With these results, CRODUX ranks among the ten largest systems in Croatia and is the largest that does not consolidate its business data, while retired general Ivan Čermak is one of the most powerful Croatian entrepreneurs based on the revenues of his companies – just behind Branko Roglić and Pavle Vujnovac.
