The CEO of Crodux Ivan Čermak is no longer at the helm of the company as of June 1, but he will remain involved, as he exclusively stated for Lider.
– I am 71 years old, it is time for me to withdraw from operational duties and hand over the management of the company to younger people. I will still remain active when it comes to the company’s strategic plans, I will be up to date with everything, which means I will always be working. However, I think it is time for me to take a break from daily activities, which means I am going into some sort of 'semi-retirement' – concluded Čermak in a humorous tone.
Let us remind you, the owner of the company CRODUX DERIVATI DVA Ivan Čermak stepped down on the first day of June from the position of CEO, which he handed over to the former board member Draga Antić. The new CEO is a long-time closest associate of Ivan Čermak. She was a board member of CRODUX PLINA from 2012. to 2014., and has been in the management of the parent company since 2013. She is also involved in the management of DISTENTUS and CRODUX INŽENJERING, and after Čermak’s takeover of TANKERKOMERCA, she was appointed to head the supervisory board of the Zadar company.
