What comes next? After the coronavirus pandemic that has paralyzed the economy and life in general, and in the wake of the deep recession it has left behind, questions about what awaits us and what the new normal will look like are constantly arising. The only certainty is that there is no going back to the old ways.
In light of this, we asked owners and CEOs of companies from various sectors how things look from their perspective. The three questions answered by 18 Croatian leaders were: how they will lead their company after the corona crisis, what has changed, what are the biggest challenges and their responses to them; then what has changed in their industry, what the new normal looks like, and what the expected trends are, and finally how the world will look after corona?
Although it is very difficult to find a common denominator since these are companies from different sectors, it can be concluded that everyone fears the impending recession, and the changes brought by the pandemic highlight overall digitalization, remote work as the new standard of business, reduced need for business travel, and similar issues.
