The General Assembly of Adris Group has proposed a new composition of the Supervisory Board, with Boris Nemšić, a well-known telecommunications expert, joining the existing members. Nemšić served as the CEO of Telekom Austria Group from 2006 to 2009, where he spent most of his career, and is also known as the first director of Vipnet in Croatia. He briefly left Telekom Austria to become the president of the Russian VimpelCom, and is now a consultant based in Dubai.
The management of Adris Group will henceforth consist of one member, the current CEO Marko Remenar, while the mandates of board members Damir Vanđelić and Robert Škopac will cease.
