The leader of the Homeland Movement, Miroslav Škoro, sold his shares in two companies ahead of the elections: the company MB Kvadrat, which managed the parking next to the Merkur hospital in Zagreb, and the company Omega software, which developed computer software for local municipalities.
– Miroslav Škoro sold his share in the company that managed parking in Zagreb. It was purchased by his former partner Branko Žibrat; it was his business story anyway. Škoro has now completely exited from that – said the political secretary of the Homeland Movement party, Mario Radić, as reported by Jutarnji list.
According to him, Škoro also withdrew from co-ownership of the company Omega software, of which he was one of the founders and members, and which has concluded numerous contracts with the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds in recent years. Škoro’s share in that company amounted to five percent.
According to Jutarnji list, the deletion of Škoro’s ownership share in the company Omega software d.o.o. was carried out on March 10 of this year in the court register, while it is still not visible in the court register that Miroslav Škoro sold shares in the company MB Kvadrat, which manages the parking next to the Merkur hospital in Zagreb. Radić stated that the purchase agreement was signed and that the deletion is a matter of procedure.
