Igor Žeželj and Daria Zalović have entered the ownership structure of MIDAS NETWORK from Zagreb. The MIDAS NETWORK platform is known for digital advertising through images with links under the aegis of 'more from the web' at the end of each text on 300 portals in Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia, reaching six million readers per month.

The new co-owner of MIDAS NETWORK is actually the company MONDO INC from Belgrade, owned by WIRELESS MEDIA, which is owned by MOBILE MEDIA, which in turn is owned by Žeželj. Since last year, Žeželj has been the sole owner of the Zagreb media company ADRIA MEDIA ZAGREB, after STYRIA exited its 25% ownership. This company publishes a range of lifestyle magazines in print and on digital platforms, including Story, Cosmopolitan, Elle, National Geographic Croatia…

Žeželj’s parent company, ADRIA MEDIA GROUP in Serbia, publishes the influential daily newspaper Kurir and has 45 printed and 26 digital editions as well as 34 channels on YouTube. Through MONDO INC, Žeželj took over this group from Aleksandar Rodić last year, which found itself in significant trouble and disfavor with Aleksandar Vučić.

Alongside Žeželj, the new co-owner of MIDAS NETWORK is also Daria Zalović, or her company E-VENTURE, which is behind Onlineshop.hr. The ownership structure also retains the director trio Siniša Kahlina, Mario Ivić, and Sven Čujić.
