After introducing ourselves and mentioning the company we work for with phrases like I work for… or I’m from…, or, if we want to be more precise about our workplace, I’m responsible for…, we can also introduce the company itself to our business associates, thus opening the door to future collaboration.
To introduce the company we work for, we can start with its founding and say The company was founded in… or, if we want to say who founded it, The company was founded by… The next step is to provide information about what the company does, so we can say We make/manufacture/sell/distribute/supply/provide…, followed by the product or service. If we want to introduce our interlocutor to the subsidiaries, factories, or outlets of our company, we can say We have subsidiaries/factories/branches/outlets in… If we want to mention how many employees the company has, we can do so with We have a workforce of…
