This year, the Branding Conference celebrates its tenth edition. We have behind us 9 brilliant meetings, with over 170 speakers and 3,500 participants, which the organizers of this conference have prepared year after year, so that by learning from the best in the field of branding, we are ready for everything that the future brings. However, even the best of the best in the industry could not predict the event that would mark the 21st century and forever change the way we live and communicate.

What kind of economic crisis lies ahead of us, what kind of life awaits us, how will consumers behave, in what ways will habits change, are questions that all the world’s minds are currently addressing. And while the perspectives, and even the answers to these questions, vary, for all one truth applies: “The show must go on!”. The question is not whether we will continue, but how we will move forward. Regardless of the challenging times ahead of us, even for brands, the truth is that those who are most ready to react immediately will accept the crisis as an opportunity for change, from which they can emerge stronger than ever.

Just as life will not stop, neither will the Branding Conference, but it will adapt to the current situation, so the planned content from the physical space moves to the virtual, becoming the online BK Week. From May 18 to 22, we can expect a series of completely free online lectures, workshops, and interviews, during which eight world experts in the fields of branding, marketing, and communications will provide us with answers to questions that begin with „how“. Via Medie, which launched the Branding Conference ten years ago in response to the previous recession, emphasizes that this is a birthday gift to the entire region, for all companies that are ready to tackle changes and emerge from the crisis as winners, as well as for individuals whom this crisis will push to start their own business for the first time in their lives.

Regarding the phenomena we have experienced over the past two months, as well as those that await us in the future, every day during BK Week from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, proven experts such as Rory Sutherland, Michael Solomon, Mark Shayler, Davor Bruketa, and Žarko Sakan will guide us, ensuring that you enter the new norm of normal ready, with their knowledge and experiences from the previous recession.

For all the above reasons, the crisis headquarters of the Branding Conference invites you to take the next two weeks seriously, as they are crucial if you want to secure your free registrations at www.branding.ba and start creating a new future from the comfort of your home. The fact that we are in solidarity and respect the movement #stayhome does not exclude the imperative that Show must go on!
