Calm trading is expected on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as many investors remain absent due to summer vacations, while there are currently no encouraging news from the business sector.
All 5 analysts who participated in the Hina survey expect stagnation of Crobex today.
The Crobex index strengthened by 0.46 percent on Tuesday, reaching 1,831 points, while Crobex10 increased by 0.39 percent to 1,068 points.
Regular trading turnover amounted to 7.4 million kuna, which is almost 4.2 million kuna more than on Monday.
Additionally, block trading in two stocks generated another 7.3 million kuna. The privileged issue of Adris accounted for 3.5 million kuna at a price of 436 kuna, while Valamar shares generated 3.77 million kuna at a price of 40.3 kuna per share.

“Yesterday we had a relatively good day on the domestic market – indices strengthened with average liquidity. Since there are no significant business news, I expect stagnation of Crobex today. Investors will monitor the developments around the shipyards,” says Roman Rinkovec, a broker at the investment company Credos.
Workers of the Rijeka Shipyard 3. maja and the Pula Uljanik, or the entire Uljanik Group, began a general strike on Wednesday morning at seven o’clock because their salaries for July have not been paid, and they will strike at their workplaces until their demands are met, i.e., until the salaries for July are paid.

Valamar Riviera shares generated a turnover of 778.9 thousand kuna, with a price drop of 0.25 percent to 40.70 kuna.
Among the stocks with higher turnover, the price of Podravka shares rose the most, by 2.04 percent to 350 kuna, while there were no significant price drops.
