Less than a month remains until the bankruptcy of the European Coastal Carrier (ECA), although the company has very good predispositions to avoid this scenario. The main obstacle is the Ministry of Transport, led by Oleg Butković, which has not responded to two letters of intent from the Chinese company Star Jet, interested in investing in seaplane transport and covering ECA’s debts.
