The High Court in London has rejected Ivica Todorić’s appeal against extradition, reports N1.

He received the rejection at the end of July, but he exercised his legal right to have an oral hearing.
The hearing is scheduled for September 6, and if the court does not rule in his favor there, he will be extradited to the Croatian judiciary.

Todorić fled to London after the Agrokor scandal broke out; the court made the extradition decision in April but allowed him to await the finality of the decision in freedom.
