Ms. Ivana Čepo has joined the GRAWE team as the Head of the Human Resources Department, where she will significantly contribute to achieving business goals, in line with the strategy to increase the number of employees, with an emphasis on expanding the sales network, the insurance company announced.
Ivana Čepo comes from Electus Human Resources, a member of the SELECTIO group, where she has been the Head of the Assessment Center for the past 5 years. The rich experience she gained in that position was complemented by her role as a certifier on the “Employer Partner Certificate” project.

She obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and further improved her skills through specialized seminars and workshops in the fields of psychology and human resources.
