Total industrial turnover in Croatia in May increased by 4.6 percent compared to April, and by 6 percent year-on-year, according to data from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (DZS).
Total seasonally and calendar-adjusted industrial turnover in May increased by 4.6 percent compared to April, with a 6.9 percent increase in the domestic market and a 5.9 percent increase in the foreign market.

In May, compared to the previous month, total energy sales were up by 30.1 percent, capital goods by 5.8 percent, intermediate goods by 5.5 percent, and non-durable consumer goods by 1.8 percent.
At the same time, sales of durable consumer goods fell by 4.8 percent.
In May, total calendar-adjusted industrial turnover compared to the same month last year increased by 6 percent, with a 5.2 percent increase in the domestic market and a 4.4 percent increase in the foreign market.

Meanwhile, total energy sales increased by 23.6 percent year-on-year, intermediate goods by 5.7 percent, capital goods by 3.5 percent, durable consumer goods by 1 percent, and non-durable consumer goods by 0.4 percent.
