United Group, which has recently been approved to acquire the Croatian television channels Nova TV and Doma TV, announced that it will invest 100 million euros in the production of local content in Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. As stated by Dragan Šolak, the founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of United Group, these plans include contracting new scripts, series, and other local productions.

United Group is owned by the American investment firm KKR, which also owns the cable television N1 and several other popular channels in the mentioned countries of the region.
