Podravka has hired 110 employees on indefinite contracts

Podravka has signed indefinite employment contracts with 110 young workers to enhance the rights and position of its employees, as part of negotiations with the unions represented in the Podravka Group regarding amendments to the collective agreement.

During the presentation of the indefinite employment contracts, CEO Marin Pucar emphasized: “We are proud to have signed contracts today with 110 of our employees who have demonstrated a high degree of independence and responsibility in their work, diligently fulfilling their job tasks and treating their colleagues and associates with collegiality and respect.”

“A satisfied and motivated employee returns multiple times the investment made by the company through their engagement at the workplace, and that is why we are pleased that by rewarding their engagement with today’s act, we have further contributed to their motivation. We will continue constructive collective negotiations with the unions to also enhance the acquired material rights of the remaining employees of the Podravka Group,” says Pucar.

The majority of the new contracts were signed with employees in Production, but also with employees in other business units such as Logistics, Sales, Business Programs, and corporate functions.
