Valamar Riviera, due to good business performance and the start of the season, will reward its employees with an additional tax-free net amount of 300 kuna in their July salary, Valamar reported on Thursday.

“The reward will be given to all employees who worked at least half of July on the 31st of July 2018, meaning they were employed for at least 15 calendar days in July, including students and apprentices,” Valamar emphasizes, noting that this season they employ a total of 6,600 staff.
The company also points out that they continuously reward employees throughout the year based on a developed system of 18 different reward programs, as well as paying above-average salaries and other material rights compared to the average in the tourism sector and Croatia as part of their human resources management strategy.
