Polish Enterprise Investors (EI) has recently added a 100% ownership stake in Studenac owned by Josip Milavić to the portfolio of its private equity fund Enterprise Fund VIII, reports Večernji. With the companies in its portfolio, we have so far invested 160 million euros in Croatia. In the Adria region, including Croatia, we continue to seek new projects for our recently established fund of 500 million euros, announced Enterprise.

Enterprise will take control of the second-largest retail chain in Dalmatia and the eighth in Croatia by the end of summer, and it announces plans to accelerate the development of the sales network, participate in the market consolidation process, and improve operations.
With 384 stores of the Omiš Studenac in over 200 towns and villages along the coast and islands, the number of acquisitions of this company in Croatia has now increased to four.

From Ivica Todorić, Enterprise acquired Intersport, through the Czech Kofola group in 2016, purchased Podravka’s mineral waters Studenac (and also the Slovenian Radenska), and has recently become the owner of the company Pan Pek.
