INA reported on Thursday that a dividend of 81.20 kuna per share was paid today. The amount of the dividend was determined by INA’s general assembly last week as part of the decision on the distribution of profits for 2017.

Based on the approved financial statements, the profit of INA-Industrija nafte Zagreb for 2017 was determined to be 1.42 billion kuna, with 71.2 million kuna allocated to legal reserves, 541.5 million kuna to retained earnings, and 812 million kuna for dividend payments, i.e., 81.20 kuna per share.

Thus, MOL, which holds a 49.08 percent stake in INA, received a dividend totaling 398.5 million kuna, while the Republic of Croatia, which owns 44.84 percent of INA, received 364.1 million kuna.
The remainder of the total amount of 813 million kuna allocated for dividends was distributed to other shareholders.
