Given the large number of creditors, over three thousand, the Commercial Court in Zagreb has allocated about two hours for registration, and only those who are properly registered and present in the hearing room will be able to participate in the voting on the settlement.

All creditors have been invited to the hearing, regardless of whether their claims have been recognized or disputed.

A total of 3,069 creditors have open claims with which they can vote at the hearing, of which 2,785 have an open claim greater than 1,000 kuna.

Currently, creditors with claims worth 25.2 billion kuna have the right to vote.

The total amount of disputed claims for which there is a possibility of being granted the right to vote is approximately 12.1 billion kuna.

It is estimated that the consent of creditors with claims worth between 16.76 and 24.60 billion kuna will be required for the settlement to pass.

Voting will take place in two phases – the first relates to granting voting rights to creditors with disputed claims, and the second to the voting of creditors on the settlement itself.

Due to the large number of creditors and claims, voting will not be conducted by raising hands, but with the help of a mobile application created for this purpose, developed by Agrokor’s company m-Start “m2voting“.

The voting process on the settlement concludes at the moment when the creditors or their representatives have signed the minutes of the hearing, and the results will be published at the judge’s discretion.
