Legendary musician and Nobel laureate Bob Dylan has entered a new business and has just introduced his own whiskey brand named after one of his greatest hits ‘Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door’.
New York Times reports that three varieties have been introduced initially: straight rye, bourbon, and double-barreled whiskey, made in collaboration with renowned alcohol producer Marc Bushala.

‘In my career, I have traveled half the world and had the opportunity to taste countless varieties of whiskey. I can tell you that this is one of the best,’ explained the famous singer-songwriter.
Heaven’s Door will, in addition to the usual packaging, also be available in a special limited edition in ceramic bottles decorated with his oils and watercolors by Dylan himself. The first such series will be available for sale next year, priced at $300 for one bottle. The regular Heaven’s Door will cost about five times less.

‘The qualities that characterize Dylan are the same ones that a good whiskey should have. It is authentic and represents one of the American symbols. And over the years, he has accustomed us to expect anything from him,’ emphasizes Bushala.
