– Two reception bins and new, state-of-the-art presses – one pneumatic and two vacuum – represent the most modern technology at a global level and are a very important prerequisite for the production of premium white wines. They are equipped with a cooling system and valves, and carbonic maceration can be performed in them, said Luka Vrga, the new member of the Management Board of Osilovac.
