INA confirms Employer Partner Certificate for the seventh time

Today, INA was ceremoniously presented with the Employer Partner Certificate, awarded for excellence in human resource management. The certificate was received on behalf of the company by Vladimira Senčar Perkov, Director of Human Resource Management and Development.

The recertification confirms the high quality standards of INA’s processes, which distinguish the company in the Croatian market for its innovative and modern practices in human resource management. Continuous investment in employee care has also been recognized with an increase in points – an outstanding result of 95% of possible points, placing INA among the best employers in the market.

INA certifies five largest subsidiaries of the INA Group

The commitment to quality human resource management across the entire INA Group is also evidenced by five new certificate recipients – CROSCO, STSI, INA MAZIVA, Top Accounting Services, and Blue Team.

All these subsidiaries of the INA Group make significant efforts in the development of their employees, with great attention paid to internal knowledge sharing, talent recognition, and care for their development. Additionally, employees are provided with various flexible work arrangements, health check-ups, health promotion programs, and around 200 other benefits within the beneFIT platform, whose main goal is to care for the overall well-being of employees at work and in their private time, particularly improving the work-life balance of all employees.

This valuable recognition was presented to INA by Aleksandar Zemunić, a member of the Management Board of SELECTIO, the organizer of the initiative.

For SELECTIO, this was also the largest certification project since the establishment of the Employer Partner Certificate in 2005. Meeting high standards is a prerequisite for obtaining the Certificate, and the employer’s success in the field of human resource management is independently assessed through the evaluation of a total of 45 management processes.

Thanks to a proven methodology, the Employer Partner Certificate is also used as an exceptionally quality tool for assessing, designing, and developing human resource management processes.
