Five days before the deadline for submitting annual financial reports for 2017, less than one third of obligors submitted their reports to the Financial Agency, Fina reported.
The deadline for submitting annual financial reports (GFI) for 2017 is Monday, April 30, 2018, at 24:00 hours.

According to Fina’s data, as of today at 13:00 hours, 52,316 annual financial reports for 2017 have been received in the Register of Annual Financial Reports for statistical and other purposes and/or for public disclosure. This means that, out of a total of 162,863 obligors, 32.1 percent have fulfilled their obligation.
Reports can be submitted via the RGFI web application, from zero to 24 hours, using a digital certificate; in person at all Fina branches during regular working hours, or by mail to the branch address according to the obligor’s headquarters. A list of branches is available at www.fina.hr/poslovnice

According to the Accounting Act, the annual financial report for statistical and other purposes must be submitted by April 30 (Monday), 2018, and for public disclosure within six months after the end of the business year.
For obligors who do not submit the annual financial report and all required documentation, a monetary fine ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 kuna is prescribed, and for the responsible person, a fine ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 kuna.
