Crodux derivatives two, owned by Ivan Čermak, acquired 9,559 shares or 27.97 percent of the shares of Zadar’s Tankerkomerc, which were publicly offered at the beginning of March at a price of 130 kuna per share. With the newly purchased quarter of Tankerkomerc for which they allocated 1.24 million kuna, Crodux derivatives two now own almost 62 percent of the shares of the Zadar company.

Recall that Crodux derivatives two, in mid-January this year, purchased 3,717 shares or 10.87 percent of Tankerkomerc’s shares through a transaction on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and since they previously held 23.08 percent of the shares, after the purchase in January, they held a total of 11,606 shares or 33.95 percent of the shares of the Zadar company and were obliged to announce a takeover bid.

Thus, after the takeover bid, Crodux derivatives two hold a total of 21,165 shares or 61.92 percent of Tankerkomerc’s shares, which give the right to 21,165 votes, representing 66.52 percent of the voting rights in the Zadar company.
